I visited their Pepperfry Studio and bought a furniture item(Shoe Rack) on 20th June 2020. At the time of settlement the salesman told us that there an option of interest free installments (6) with arrangement with the Bank. We opted for it and settled the transaction. While verifying the Bank statement we were astonished to find the installment interest debited to our account. I contacted their sales outlet as well as their customer care, I am yet to be replied. ( they did reply stating that the matter is resolved without actually making any attempt to do so) but the bank continue to add interest and tax to my account. Even phone calls did not evoke any response. User's recommendation: Be very sure of what they offer.
