I took my car to Machatronit SA in December for a mechatronic to be replaced. I found the manager she told me the price and I paid the some of R19 000 cash. We had an agreement that I will get the car the following day. She called me the following day that the car was ready and they were closing for December holidays. When she called it was aorund 12 midday she told me that the car was ready and can come fetch it. After few hours some guy called me from the same company telling that the is a problem but I was already on my way to fetch the car... So the reception was not good than I told him that in on my way. On our arrive with my wife the guy who called told me that the car has a problem I can not drive it. I has to leave the with them since they were closing for December holidays. Than I waiting because they indicated that they will Open the workshop on the 10th January. On the 10th they never called me for an update of something. I went to them to then on the 17th they now claiming that I have to pay for the clutch bcos the clucth is damaged. When she called she told me that the car was ready has been test drived and she indicated that the clutch won't last but the car is driving. I went the with the impression to collect the car but we agreed that if I don't fix the clutch I will fortif my warranty for a mechatronic, of which I agreed to to sign hence I didn't budget for the clutch. So the is still with them they giving me two different stories from the thechnician and the manager. I'm not happy with their service. I brought my car to be fixed mechatronic not clutch. On the 17 I got another story from the thechnician that he made some plan to fix the clutch the car is now driving. But the technician doesn't recommend that I take the car...
