I purchased my Pacifica from Arrigo Margate in February 2021. It was a CPO and had just a few small issues that needed to be fixed (body). After much back and forth with them, driving back and forth a ton of times (because the small issues would never be fully fixed) they "fixed" the problem. Shortly after, we noticed a faint clacking when making slow sharp turns. We took it back, they said it was the steering rack and that they would fix it and finish fixing the previous issues with the body (some paint issues). No one from the service department communicated with us to update us on our vehicle for 2 weeks! We had to call and text the man who sold the van to us to get updates. We were finally told to pick up our van because it was now "fixed." Soon after, we noticed that there was a much worse sound coming from the front of the van and it would shake along with the loud rattling sound. I took the van to Arrigo in Sawgrass this time, hoping that they could solve the problem. I was told that the steering rack wasn't properly installed and they had to redo the whole thing. They had my van back to me very quickly and the sound and shaking was now gone. Arrigo does a courtesy cleaning of the vehicle before giving it back, which is nice. However, the clear coat on one side of the van was now peeling off. I contacted the gentleman I dealt with at Arrigo Sawgrass and told him about the clear coat peeling and asked him if they could fix it. He asked me to send him pictures of the problem, I did, and he said he would get back to me. I followed up a couple of days later and he said that they have been swamped and wasn't getting a clear answer from his boss. I gave him a few more days, followed up and he said he was going to "corner" his boss to see what they could do about it. That was June 16th (the last time he texted me back). I followed up on June 23rd and then again on the 29th to no avail. I gave them a good review for fixing the steering rack issue (they're good at bothering you about giving a review) but as soon as you do that, I feel that Arrigo drops you off the face of the earth as soon as you give them a good review and don't bother communicating back. I have been trying to avoid filing this complaint, but enough is enough. We have had all kinds of issues with our van since February 2021. At this point, I'm just extremely exhausted of all of the back and forth and getting nowhere with both locations. This purchase has been an extremely exhausting and unpleasant.
