Door catch issue .Dealer miss ordered part 1st visit (on 12/26/15 ).I was told part delivered was for rear door which it does not have . Received shabby treatment by rep because I didn't know rep who was assigned to me (she just so happened to be off that day).Between 12/30/15 and 1/4/16 I left 4 voicemails with rep and did not receive call back . After last attempt asked to speak to manager but none present however I would receive call back the next day . DID NOT HAPPEN !!! Dealer failed to order screws on 2nd visit(on 1/19/16) . I was asked to come out to reception area where they informed me of this. Probably afraid I would create a scene .While I was there I had a tire repaired upon which I was told no charge because they didn't receive my permission ( I find that very difficult to believe .Just trying to smooth things over after 2 screw ups ). On 2/3/16 I called dealer for status of screws and after being on hold for nearly 5 min and checking with 3 people I was told no one seemed to have any knowledge of them but I would receive call back . DID NOT HAPPEN !!! I have wasted over 3 hrs. at dealership. I called corporate headquarters on 2/3/16 and was told dealer has 48 hrs to contact me Still Waiting . On 2nd call to corporate I was told dealer has until close of business today (2/5/16) if not I should call corporate again tomorrow . So to sum it all up JERRY 'S TOYOTA SUCKS
