Service warranty delay and ignoring service update

I would like to complain the service warranty delay, ignoring the customer call and update and dropping the phone by the customer service staff in Lulu Hypermarket, Fujairah. I have purchased Nikai kettle, there is a warranty of 2 years. I purchased on May 24, 2021. Brought back on July 23, 2021. I have not received any update and your staff is also not calling back on me whenever i ask for update.
