I purchased a three-year warranty on my KitchenAid built- in refrigerator. All my lights in the freezer and some in the refrigerator are out. Ive tried calling several times for an appointment, but the phone just keeps ringing. Tried the live chat and their website and you just get the same phone number and again no answer. I am out $749.00 for my warranty. I can't believe this company hasn't been shut down. User's recommendation: This is totally a scam. Do not purchase a warranty.
