Have spent the last 5 months trying to get this sorted Can never get to talk to anyone the only time they answer in seconds if you are spending money with them Teletex holidays have scamed me out if £1250 hard earned cash Easy jet have refunded them my flight money and even then there saying cannot refund me tho they have my cash !!!!! User's recommendation: Don’t ever give them your money your never get it back if you want to cancel.
