I was not upset with this Vyve experience. It was really the opposite. I had requested a transfer of service from the house I was selling. The service was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. I called after the noon time passed and your service people located the tech and conveyed he would be delayed. His delay was caused by having to cover for another technician who did not show up for owrk User's recommendation: absolutely use Vyve. You have the best internet in the business. The fact Covid has cut your work force is no major issue. Everyone in the country is having the same or worse issues. Please keep working with Small Town USA. You have my support!
