They was suppose to send me out a brand new vacuum cleaner &;;;;;;;;;;;; I havent heard from them since they received the cord to my damage vacuum. They told me 4 to 5 days I will receive my vacuum after they received the cord, now I havent received a reply back from them since the 1st of sept. 2020.
