Service Technology Is Really, Really Poor

I want to set up an online account an go paperless. I set up an online account but it won't link to my SCE account number even though the information online and monthly statement match. A toll free number is provided but several times I hung up while on hold for 30 minutes. They offer no chat feature and no e-mail or online complaint form. I have setup many accounts and this is the worse process by far. User's recommendation: If you can't set up an online account initially, be prepared for a long, frustrating process.
