Have tried for 3 days to get a service appt. For "free" oil change - new vehicle. Finally got appt.- not when I needed it - my day off- had to take off an additional day from work. Confirmed with PHYLLIS, then she cancelled it between confirmation phone call and trying to check for earlier time slot or cancellation spot opening. Not one time did we say Cancel our current appt. Not one time did the words leave my mouth "cancel my current appt. " Had to reschedule, Again. Had to take an additional day off work. Incompetent staff. No Customer Service Skills.
