Service-Schedule a return pick up

I've been trying to get into contact with NSD to schedule a return pick up for two days straight and no one is answering my calls. The automated answering service states that they will hang up and call me back when my turns comes and they never do. I ordered the item form Wayfair and Wayfair gave me NSD's phone number to call to set up the return pickup and a return authorization number .
