I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses a couple of years ago. The sunglasses have loosened up over time. I get them tightened here and there, but they only last maybe a couple of days until they are stretched out again. I submitted a service request back in October to hopefully have them repaired by Ray-Ban. Their website says allow 5 business days for a response. It has now been 5 months. I have sent emails almost monthly to their customer support address and have not heard back. Their customer service line is automated, you cannot get through to an actual representative. It is absolutely outrageous that a company as successful as Ray-Ban cannot provide adequate customer service. User's recommendation: Do not purchase Ray-Ban products if you expect to need their customer service down the line.
