Service outage

from Thursday august 16- now 2 of my neighbors and myself have been experiencing bad pixeling problems with our cable service and internet has been down- this occurs at approx. 2:30pm- 04:00 am. I spoke with Shentel person Thursday and she gave me the 800--- number- I called shentel Friday afternoon and reported problem- they said they would set up ticket -- no response Friday. I called 2x Saturday-- no result-- 2 x Sunday - no result. How do online students do there classwork??, how does anyone get weather updates??. Call center people very nice, but this does not excuse this company's bad service. What about the emergency broadcast system mandated by the Federal Government. I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Communication Commission and speaking with my local state representative regarding this situation.
