When I initially contacted them they were quick & helpful with their responses. They provided a few details only despite their ad claiming they would find many other details (if possible). So I replied asking Tim Burchell to confirm he had tried to find the other details and to at least let me know if it wasn't possible, as my decision to use Tim was dependent on their ad. However despite several emails I never heard from Tim ever again - awful customer service once you've paid and they have decided they have finished. At this point I can confirm if the details were even correct.
