Original review updated by user Jul 18, 2021 2014 Sprinter 2500 Extended High Roof-Purchased brand new in 2015 at Mercedes Benz of Naples, FL. 65k miles Original owner. Have had numerous issues with this vehicle: Clogged NOx sensors, failed differential most recently Catalytic replacement. Had to rent a van for 3 weeks because they couldn't find the part and had no loaners. Asked for help covering the rental expense. At first advisor said that they 'are working on it. Now they won't return my calls or emails. It's been a couple of months now. At least be professional enough to respond to customer inquiry. User's recommendation: Great about selling you a vehicle. Not so responsive for helping after.
