Service is great though some tiresome waiting

I use their services since 2015 and until now I have had zero complaints. When you need to reissue your banking card, the whole process takes a maximum of 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the confirmation of your personal details may simply occur online through their website. I really loved their customer service since they care about your full understanding of all the procedures, however, when you need to transfer money abroad using their mobile application, the waiting time may make you wait a bit. As I was told the waiting time depends on countries where you transfer money, and it is only to ensure there is no fraud. So, I’d better wait than have my money stolen with suspicious transactions.
