Service is a disgrace

I've bought a car @ August paid R870.00 for the device re installation from my previous to my new car. monthly car track is debiting my account but my car is not tracked as yet. I've tried to make a booking for the reinstallation they keep on promising that they'll call me but they don't. Can somebody please help me here... Since well my car is not tracked but I'm paying my premium every month, should my car be stolen what will happen.
