Weve had a contract with Fidelity National since Dec 2003. Up until now their service has been good to very good. I renewed and paid full premium on April 23, 2021, for a renewal to begin May 1, 2021. Last week I needed to make a new service request. Their call center had hold times of 30-60 min or more. When I tried to make the request online, I got an error message saying I needed to CALL! When I finally did reach a person, she said I owed $5 more on my contract. NO explanation of why. NO communication from repeated tries to clarify this issue. Even their website says Im paid up. In two diff places. I cant deal with this anymore. Im asking for a full refund. User's recommendation: No, do not use their service.
