Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have purchased a Lenovo Mobile, Model K4 note having IME no.[protected] from minis Chennai mobiles, palakkad, kerala, India on 27/05/2016 costing Rs. 11900/-, on 31/01/2017 suddenly my mobile became off. For resolving my problem i gone to Lenovo authorised service centre(wega electronics, palakkad).they inspected my phone and said due to water damage my phones subboard has gone and mother board also have problems.they said they can replace mother board with warranty and i have to pay 800/-for the subboard(due to water damage in subboard).04/02/2017 i got my mobile from service centre.they give a bill of 800/- for subboard.after paying the bill i asked for my old subboard.after some time the service centre guy came and said your subboard has no problem we cleaned it and fitted on your mobile, and refunded the 800/-rupees which i payed to them.they are doing the same for many costumers. By these kind of issues we are loosing trust of Lenovo.
