Update by user Apr 27, 2021 Food and dessert were served with much delay. No napkins provided, no additional water was served. When I went to pay the bill, I did so with cash ($80.00)and told the waitress to keep $5.00 for the tip. She told that the tip was by percent and she kept $10.00. Since it was a payment in cash she gave no receipt.This whole situation was very irregular to say the least.
