Location: Shoneys @ Sugarloaf Mills Mall. I cannot tell u the amount of hatred and frustrations I have for this store. I speak for many who did not take te action to file this. The staff is very unprofessional. I would go to Try to make an order and all the waiters and waitress would Try to pretend a custemer hasn't even walked in. I would literally have to hunt someone down to ask for service and they would direct me to one another. Whole process just to order or to find someone would take about a good 5 minutes. The staff is not friendly, and looks like they are always fighting with one another. The only real sweetheart of a soul would be the bartender, by the name of Ksnenia. She is the only person who goes out her way to satisfy my needs in shoneys. Putting that aside. They always forget something in my Order. Always. You have no idea te amount of time I would go back to ask for a biscuit that comes with my philly omelet. They just want the tip and that's all they want. There is literally no professionalism in here besides the assistant manager and the bartender woman. It's truly frustrating, this is my first ever complaint anywhere in life. The waiters and waitressss need a good brush up because it seems that they only go After people or serve if they see a specific color or a dollar sign above their heads. I'm so serious. I have witnesses and Proof of their service. Also, the floor is incrediblly slipper as if we walking on oil. Very poor service and always there's someone calling out or a fight in the back while making food. Please do something about this it's very upsetting. Once again, no complaints on the assistant manager and bartender lady named Ksnenia. They are outstanding and by far the only reason I only go back. Thank you for reading my frustrations .
