Bought the camera 2 weeks ago. It was obvious when I opened the box that it had previously been opened by a different customer. Then when I set it up, the screen was purple. I have tried for a week to contact their customer service without success. I'm returning the camera. I suspect it had been previously returned IIfand sent out again with the same fault. User's recommendation: If you value customer service, this company is not for you.
