Good Day I noticed an amount of R560 added to my account. When I queried it, I was informed that you had a systems error last year April 2020 that you corrected now... I then sent the email below numerous times with no response, to [protected]@mrpg.com & [protected]@mrpricegroup.com. I am a regular customer and have this account for a long time. I am not very happy... Good Day I just want to confirm the following : You want to keep me liable for your systems error in April 2020, more than 1year ago? Please confirm this, as I dont think this is fair and ethical. I am actually very disappointed that you put this on my account without informing me. I would never had known, if I did not check my account as I wanted to settle my account month end. I dont think this is lawfully right. Please advise, as I am not happy. Regards
