Tom Birmingham - Sales Manager TUCSON AZ (Ina location) was in fact very unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. He had 0 costumer service skills, keep interrupting and talking over me as I expressed my concerns and couldn't even figure out who my sales person was... The store itself is wonderful, there is a lot to choose from, I've been a costumer since 2015 and have always been satisfied. The staff itself is pushy and lack professionalism.
