I ordered a Santorini in October 2020, on delivery the one seat was making a noise, I tried to get hold of coricraft for more than 1 month. Botha eventually came out to see the sofa after I had to follow up 4x. I was offered: 1. A new sofa (would wait about 8 weeks) 2. They could fix it. I asked for a new one as I bought a brand new sofa and was not accepting a broken one. It's been 2 months, no one has contacted me. I again have had to follow up 3x. Today I am told there is an outstanding balance of R19000! That was not apart of the deal when I asked for a new one, Botha told me I would receive a new one FOC because it was a fault in workmanship. Now I am phoning around to find out what the issue is, and low amd behold no one can help me. For what you charge and the quality you receive is disgusting.
