Order # 04261TTTRSY. I placed a large order with Leon's. It was delivered June 9, 2021. Within 4 weeks one mattress was clearly defective. I sent photos. It took another 4 weeks to get a rep from Leon's to inspect the mattress, which they acknowledged was defective. I hear nothing for a week. I follow up with the London store (who delivered it). They ignore my messages. Then finally tell me to call Leon's Ottawa. They say they got the pics from inspector and sent to Serta. Then tell me I have to complete a self inspection form. Why didn't they tell me that when I called in six weeks ago? The mattress is brand new and clearly defective. Now I'm waiting for store manager Kaitlyn to call me back and tell me I need to complete a self assessment form? What was the purpose of sending an inspector. And why didn't the inspector send photos with notes to Leon's? Horrible customer experience. The hoops I have to jump through because they sold me a piece of crap. Just gross.
