Sir/Madam I bought a 3 piece Sofa/Love seat and chair from Smiths furniture in NL appro Dec of 2018 within the first years the material in the cushions was colasped and you were sitting on the frame. I contacted Smiths and for appro 450.00 they agreed to replace the material which they did on the love seat which i picked up about 1 month ago, and with the covid lock down i am waiting to carry back the sofa, but within the month the matertial as collasped again. SIR/Madame I paid appro 5500.00 for the 3 pieces which was suppose to be good quality furniture, which as it turns out is far from it, two years usage, I am 65 and my wife is 61 no kids and very few vistors, No WARRANTY I have to drop it off and pick it up 2 hours drive each way, and no bloody good when i do get it back.
