Purchased Microsoft office 2016 Serial Key worked fine until my computer crashed and I had to renter key only to be told "you only get one shot at it" I have been on to Microsoft and they tell me the number has been on sold. What a great company! Serves me right and the old adage is true "Pay peanuts, you get monkeys" I now have to purchase from a reputable store, pay the right price and reinstall. I have tried to ring their "Office" in Sydney but all you ever get is a Canadian Accent with excuses about we are too busy to answer your call leave a message and we will get back to you. Never happens Lesson Learned
