Sent Wrong Mags

I ordered two 20 round mags botach sent me to 30 round mag. After 6 emails to botach,they said take apicture which I did. Then I sent more emails no follow-up finally I got a phone call and I was given an RMA number, still waiting for some communications and exchange........No one ever aswers the phone !! When you get your order and everything's great it's all good but if you have a problem there customer service sucks
