1. Didn't see shipping costs until Total appeared &;;; saw I'd insufficient balance to cover, but will now transfer from Deposit A/c enough ...... 2. Only 1 pr of shoes mentioned in 2nd attempt at ordering 2 pr. ..... 3. In 2nd try omitted Oribi Village in address. Shall I reorder completely &amp;amp; not loose all the bonus coupons reductions I'd earned ?
