Trying to return a gown for the past week and a half. Sent texts chats emails phone calls. Nobody responds. The dress shows up not refundable when I put in the order. Umber but NOWHERE on the website page did it say final sale or not refundable. This is outrageous. Nobody to contact to send it back and the return address to ship back to is only a shipper. I already called them as well. User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LORD AND TAYLOR ONLINE.
