Hello On July 30,2021 I sent us bank relia card all information to send me a card i faxed everything they have asked for as of today August 10,2021 I still have not received a card and every time I call they say they have not received information to send me the card I have the fax verification were it was sent and no problems I have over 5000 in funds and I can not access because they refuse to send my card there is no problems with claim funds are being loaded no open issues us bank just refuses to send my card
