I have been receiving catalogs from them with a credit amount stated three times in the book. I sat down and placed an order online, received a verification number and waited for my items to arrive. Today I received a letter from them saying they needed half down on my order total due to my credit history, I called them up and the phone rep told me there was nothing she could do. I told her to take me off the mailing list and that I was going to give their company the bad review they deserved. This is review number one.
