I ordered 2 saunas from Spiritual Quest, 1 of them came broken - cracked frame. The owner claims it was broken during shipping (but I think he sent me a bad product). He used the claim to have the shippers give him a refund which HE kept and then we had to repair the sauna ourselves. Then, after we get that all settled, we find that this defective sauna does not heat up to the temp promised. The owner still has not fixed it, he says I can pay to ship it back and then he'll figure IF he will refund my money (shipping will cot me hundreds of dollars, as I am not a business account and this large item has to be packed and shipped from NJ to CA). Do NOT buy from Spiritual Quest unless you want defective products and poor customer service.
