1. Completed documents online to sell my car. 2. Car picked up by Vroom carrier. I transferred the title to Vroom. 3. Vroom paid off my lender. 4. Vroom mailed two checks to me in error. 5. I informed Vroom immediately and deposited one check. 6. The deposited check was invalid and yet to receive funding for selling my car. Contacted Vroom 26 times; to no avail. 7 User's recommendation: Contact Texas Motors and Attorney General's Office.
