Selling a phone that is a paperweight

I've been with this service for many years. I just purchased the Samsung A11 as a replacement for my 3 1/2 year old J3. First problem was that the SIM card didn't match the IMEI # that came in the box. It took 2 hours of my time and 3 different customer service reps to get them to send a new SIM card. Problem fixed? No! I can't get a network connection, etc. I will be looking for a new service provider. User's recommendation: choose a company with better customer service.
