I find it odd that you are prepared for pissed off customers. You may add my name to that list. After giving my 91 year old father a quote of around $19,000 for his Nissan Rouge we were unable to get another response from you. 3 hour waits on the phone, an actual visit to Carvana in Orlando ( no help) and more waiting on the phone. We ended up at a wonderful dealership that inspected the car made an.offer and out the door with a check!! Sorry but we can't do business with a company that does not.have communication available for days. User's recommendation: Go to CArmax!!
