I Replaced a laser head through SEI because ROFIN ( laser head brand ) didn't let me buy it direct. SEI required $21,000 upfront for an exchange, they were supposed to give me back $6,521 refund once they had the old laser head inspected, but they only gave me $3,400 and took 3 months to get that. Every time you have to replace a part for the machine, it becomes a nightmare because they are located in Italy and it takes a long time for them to get back at you and even longer to get a part and besides that, they ask for an arm and a leg for the parts and that's not only that, if they have to come to America to replace a part, will cost you around $10,000. I would never ever buy a SEI machine or a machine out of the country. I hope this complaint can help somebody that is considering on buying a SEI machine, if you are the one, let me tell you something, buy an American made machine, you will have a piece of mind, customer service, local shipping and if they have to come to repair your machine, it will not be expensive.
