follow up on my complaint of a charge for $45.98 for a website securtel.us which the one I was actually trying to use was securustech.net. When I called within twelve hours the next day they were very rude and telling me they would only credit me $31.98 instead of my $45.98 which I stated I wanted my full refund. They even sent me a email saying I agreed to the terms, when I never saw the terms even after I had submitted my credit card information. I would like for you to send me a confirmation that the full amount has been credit back to my account. Thanking you in advance for your service.
