Today Aug. 06, 2021 I went to lbc puerto cagayan de oro branch to do some mailing but unfortunately due to covid the area is under ECQ I was prohibited to enter the company since I forgot to brought my QR CODE that I understand what I did was to get someone with QR code whom I authorized to do my transaction but unluckily again the guard SG. F SYCassign did not let the person whom I authorized and instead he threatened me to call a police for me (PADAMPOT DAW NYA AKO SA pulis) pag nagpumilit ako na papasukin yong tao na binigyan ko ng authorization para sa gagawing transaction. What I dont understand why your guards prohibit and did not allow the person I authorized do transaction in my behalf to enter the company. Please re orient and trained your guards assigned in your company. Thank you and God bless.
