Secure box office sent me the wrong tickets for the Night v 17, 2018 Coastal Carolina Foot ball game.

The tickets I received have the name Adam Adkins, and are valued way below what I paid for the seats I purchased. I cannot get anyone live person on the phone at secure box office, and my e mails are returned as undeliverable at the email address at secure box office web site. Please let me know if you are associated with secure box office, and how I can reach a human body eng to get the correct tickets, or get my mind net back. Why am I required to use 100 words when I can and expressed my case in fewer words. After the fact, I learned that this company is some sort of reseller which is not disclosed when I purchased my tickets, and paid $162.00.
