We ordered a sectional couch and washer and dryer in May and we're told that our items would be delivered June 5 when we called to see what time it would be coming, we were told that our delivery order was not put through an error on YOUR end. We paid in full on our credit card .Then we were told we had to wait till July 7 2021.In the mean time we had to sit on our floor and use a landury mat to do our washing witch was not only a huge inconvenience to us its also been an additional expense to us. Then July 7 comes took the day OFF WORK to be here for our delivery when it comes not only was our washer and dryer NOT DELIVERED WE DIDN'T GET A WHOLE SECTION TO OUR SECTIONAL COUCH!!! I've been calling for days now waiting on the phone for over an hour and a half to either be put on hold or just plainly be hung up on . I'm getting no help this is the WORST PLACE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY im calling CITY TV to that segment we're they do investigation into companies who literally steal your money and not give you your items ) maybe they can help me
