Season pass/ covid 19

I've been trying for over a month to get someone to call me back. No one will call me back. I have season pass and due to covid 19 we could not go. I was told that passes would be upgraded and food added on to it. That an email would be sent and I've had nothing sent at all. I can't even get someone to call me back. I've sent emails and gone on the membership and still Nothing.
