Sears Home Warranty repair service

I entered into a contract with Sears without realizing I was about to become a victim of their rather loose operational practices. My refrigerator/freezer side by side unit stopped functioning normally relative to temperature. Many calls, holds, appointments without the repairs being completed has been my experience. User's recommendation: Don't be a customer. Look elsewhere and check reviews of customers. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay and the inability to obtain timely repair appointments is fact dealing with this company. I have been without a properly repaired refrigerator/freezer for two months. No priority given to repeat service appointments for exact same issue. Last appointment Tech replaced the same parts as those replaced by one of their Tech's previously. The Tech suggested the Refrigerator/Freezer may have to replaced if his repair does not resolve temperature issue. The Tech also suggested that the refrigerator/freezer unit remain unplugged or the dedicated circuit breaker be turned off for two days. I turned the circuit breaker off and verified that no electrical power was supplied to the refrigerator/freezer. I waited three days and utilized a fan to circulate air into the refrigerator/freezer while their two doors remained open for ventilation. At 1900 hours on the third day I turned the circuit breaker back on, closed the doors after disabling the ice maker. The next day the temperature within the refrigerator was at 42 degrees. This temperature was nearly the same on two separate single thermometers placed in side the refrigerator. I called repair appointments again and was told an appointment was available in August. The Service was changed to Antech Appliance Inc. ph # 760-290 ****. I called this new company and was advised that their company does not provide service in the Fallbrook community. It was suggested I again call Sear Home Warranty to obtain service. When I called Sears, my call was automatically forwarded to Antech. I spent over an hour talking to various persons at Sears and finally asked to speak with a supervisor/manager. I did speak with "Joy" and she would not provide the phone number for the corporation or a corporate persons name and kept saying she would contact Sears Home Warranty to obtain an appointment as soon as possible. I provided my E-mail address to "Joy" so that she would be able to advise me of her success in obtaining an appointment date and service providers name that would respond to complete the repairs needed. Now awaiting her response ?
