I needed to hire employees to relocate to another area (the US Virgin Islands). It was my first time on Indeed and their representative told me over the phone how to best set up my "want ad" for my needs. This involved ads in multiple cities around the country. The rather expensive ad produce few candidates. I contact tried to contact my rep but got a new rep named "Trover". He told me that my previous rep had "done it all wrong" and that I "will get credit to my account" Then explained the problem. Wth his help, I used a different ad set up. I was awaiting my credit notice but never saw one, then got ghosted by Tover. I have since tried to find a remedy on Indeed.com but there seems to be none. at this point I will reverse my CC charge if I do not get at least a start on a resolution by June 18, 2021
