Screwed up order

I ordered through door dash. My husbands burrito did not have meat at all which was supposed to have steak, I ordered a large cheese dip and chips and received a small cheese and the chips were so stale we couldnt eat them. I was missing some things from my burrito bowl. I ordered 2 kids meals that were supposed to come with a juice box and did not receive them. I tried to call chipotle 10 times with no answer. I also called the 1800 number with no success.
