June 2020, I brought a car from Jeep Grand Cherokee Carvana without hitch. Sept, 2020, I brought another car from Carvana (Kia Forte) for my daughter. Carvana was suppose to register the Kia, but due to the pandemic, registration was going to take a while. When I finally got the registration for the Kia, I find that Carvana transfer the car registration and plates from my Jeep to her Kia. I informed Carvana of their mistake in December and as of date they have not rectify the situation. Carvana has offered no solution or real compensation for their mistake. They tell me it will take 43 days for DMV to give me a new title for my Jeep since Carvana misspelled my name on the title and I can't re-register the Jeep on-line. Carvavna did offer me a measly $250 to use for either a uber or lyft car to get me back and forth to work and things I needed to take care of, and won't reimburst me for a rental.
