I called support a total of 4 times over a 2-3 day span hoping to get a knowledgeable person. The first person hung up on me right after he didnt know the answer that second. Every call after, I made sure to request a call back if we got disconnected. The second person (day two) hung up on me halfway when he didnt know as well. The third and fourth transferred me to another office and the longest I waited until giving up was 58 minutes on hold listening to that elevator music. With a homeowner behind me waiting for answers. Honestly. I was debating on signing up with Pentair for loyalaty. But after that. User's recommendation: I don’t even want to say anything.
