When we moved to the country we were advised by friends to use scott tissue because it helped our septic system. That was 31 years ago!! And we've never had a complaint until the past few weeks — not with the septic system, no problem there, but the rolls of toilet paper will not tear off!!! Do you no longer pre - cut them??? Is this going to be an ongoing problem?? Some times the paper I pull off is 10 inches long, sometimes it's 3 feet. If this is going to be a permanent problem could you devise a way we could tear off our toilet paper — maybe you could print a booklet, entitled "how to tear your toilet paper." I really don't want to change toilet paper, but this is not fun!!! Thank you, f.M. Hackerd
